WELCOME TO CHADD

The Churches Housing Association of Dudley & District – better known as CHADD is a small charitable Housing Association providing a range of housing options for people who need support to enable them to live in the community.

We currently accommodate around 200 people in our homes, working alone or with partner agencies to jointly deliver the support and housing services which people need in order to live as independently as they choose.

We have over 27 years experience in providing supported housing to single people, older persons and people with special needs.

Our Vision: “supporting people towards independence”

CHADD is a small and highly specialist organisation that provides accommodation and services for:

•  Victims of domestic abuse

•  Older people

•  People with mental ill health

•  People with learning disabilities
