Office hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 4.30pm.  All non-urgent repairs should be e-mailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Please report all non-urgent repairs once per week on a Thursday or Friday before 12.00pm. Any emergency repairs during office hours should be telephoned through on 01384 456465.

For emergency repairs out of office hours please call your on call manager or support worker who will be able to deal with this. If you have access to a contractors list please call the contractor direct stating where you are calling from, the nature of the repair and why you believe it cannot wait until Head Office re-opens.

If you have repairs queries please wait until Sarah Ruff is in the office, her hours are Wednesday 9.30am – 4.30pm, Thursday 9.30am – 2.30pm and Friday 9.30am – 3.00pm.

Please do not call the office with any repair queries that are not urgent other than these times. If you do have to call out a contractor out of hours please ensure you inform Head Office as soon as possible so and order can be raised for the job.
