If you are suffering from domestic or sexual abuse, then help is on hand from CHADD. With staff that have many years experience in supporting women, we can respond in a crisis and provide practical help and guidance.

You will be listened to without judgement and provided with practical support. CHADD can work with you and help you look at options, assist in you making choices and develop a support plan based on your own individual needs.

You can be helped and provided with :-

• Accommodation for you and your children in one of our secure refuges.
• Help to access the right services e.g.benefits, solicitors, housing advice.
• Support to attend appointments or case conferences.
• Help to look at your legal options

CHADD has a number of refuges that provide accommodation for women and their children who have suffered domestic abuse. Men will be able to be supported from April 2012.

The refuges are safe, comfortable places, where you can take time to think about and plan your future.
