Hayley’s Beauty Boutique has just opened in Wall Heath village (Kingswinford area for those who aren’t as familiar with the Borough) and has offered to fundraise for CHADD’s children & young people’s domestic and sexual abuse services during April and May.

Every pound raised from our New Beginnings campaign will be used to furnish and equip the new supported accommodation and provide specialist children’s services within the project.

Your money will NOT be used for administration costs or overheads.

Fundraising campaigns

We can change lives to be free from abuse - this is our work 365 days a year. Will you help us to be there on just one of these days by donating, enabling our services to continue? We are asking for your help to create new beginnings for families suffering the trauma of domestic abuse.

1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men experience domestic abuse at some time in their life (British Crime Survey 2002)

Over a 2 year period 2009-2010 we accommodated 104 women and 165 children at Allen House and Elizabeth Atwood House.

We currently have two campaigns running;

New Beginnings furniture and equipment at the refuge
New Beginnings children and young people’s services.

New Beginnings – Furniture and Equipment campaign

Thanks to a partnership with a larger housing association we now have the chance to move from our cramped shared houses to a new building with 14 individual Flatlets. But we have to find the money to furnish and equip it!
