Sheltered housing is ideal for active retired or elderly people. It can also suit those who need more care in later years.

We provide accommodation suitable for singles or couples who are aged 60 and over.

To maintain independence all accommodation has its own front door and all that is needed to allow a person to live independently and comfortably in the community.

Staff work regular hours 7 days a week and when on duty staff will respond to emergencies when alarm is activated. All homes are connected to an emergency alarm call centre so that help may be summonsed immediately when staff are not on site or close to hand.

Staff will also provide support and assistance when required, keeping daily contact with residents.

We will contact Residents relatives, Doctors, Social Services, Age Concern and other agencies on your behalf if necessary and we will carry out regular support plans to identify any of your support needs.
