At any one time our small team can officially support 30 families or individuals.

Some service users have started out in our refuge accommodation for safety and have slowly rebuilt their lives. This is also true of people who have requested our support in their own homes and are at risk of homelessness due to complex needs.

Linking in with other agencies has enabled us to access specialist services to assist them in their journey. Examples of these are therapeutic groups, Citizens Advice Bureau and Housing.

Some service users have gone on with our support after leaving refuge accommodation and being safely re-housed to do college courses or successfully secure work, something that they didn't believe they would ever have the confidence to do.

99% of service users who returned questionnaires to us regarding our service in October 2011 specified that they felt a personal sense of achievement.
