We take referrals via other agencies such as Housing, Police, Independent Domestic Violence Advisors, Health etc or you can make direct contact with us to make an enquiry or self refer. Our experienced members of staff are based at CHADD’s Head Offices and are contactable between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. As our job role takes us out of the office quite a lot a message facility is available where you can leave your details and we can contact you back if you have specified it is ok to do so.

Following an initial referral and risk assessment we will contact you to discuss the service we provide and to establish if both staff and potential service user feel that we may be able to help. We will then arrange a visit to your home or to meet at a safe place of mutual agreement if visiting your home is not an option, specifically in DV cases.
